Ian brings experience with over 500 transactions to your particular situation to find the best possible solution for you. After working and studying under the top broker and realtor in Athens, GA, Ian founded YHS Real Estate. Maintaining his strong bond with the realtor community, Ian started YHS to offer a larger variety of real estate solutions to accommodate more people's needs.
Michael Epps

Michael works with property owners and investors to structure clear, mutually advantageous real estate deals. He brings a diverse business background and strong operational expertise to the company, which he built from the ground up. After spending several years abroad, Michael came back to start YHS Real Estate with a deeper appreciation for transparency, fairness, and doing business the right way.

Santiago ensures a highly valuable experience at no cost to guide our community forward. Born and raised in Athens, GA, he has developed a passion for serving his community. Santiago has since dedicated his career to ensuring reliability and rectitude. After graduating from Cedar Shoals High School, Santiago continued working closely with local residents to help sell their properties at the right price while welcoming new families to the area.

A Southern Georgia native, Oliver brings a grounded, people-first approach to real estate and takes great zeal in his ability and willingness to travel wherever needed to serve our clients best. He believes in honest communication, setting clear expectations, and dedicating any necessary time and care to every situation, whether simple or complex.

Nino puts the highest effort into selling fast, receiving top dollar, and anything that meets the needs unique to you! He was raised in the Atlanta area, and endured familial hardship invoked by a "Real Estate Professional". From a young age, Nino has dedicated his efforts to becoming an expert in the field. After years of experience, Nino has conscientiously helped dozens of families accomplish their real estate goals, while simultaneously accomplishing his own.

Esau brings six years of hands-on experience working with investors and distressed properties to strategically market homes and close efficiently. Raised by a realtor and working alongside family in the industry, real estate feels second nature to Esau. As a lifelong Athens resident and Clarke County School District alum, he has a deep understanding of the local market and surrounding communities.

Seeing more people fall in love with the city he proudly calls home inspired him to pursue real estate. Angelina applies communication training and marketing experience to ensure every conversation has a purpose. From a young age she was fascinated by how people communicate. After studying at the University of Georgia, Angelina earned her degree in Communications, turning that curiosity into a skill set built on clarity and consistency. Angelina believes that selling home shouldn't feel impersonal or scripted, but instead like a partnership built on trust.

Athena takes her role in Human Resources very seriously. When she's not monitoring productivity from the floor, she enjoys naps, long walks, and keeping a close eye on office dynamics.
