What are the benefits of working with YHS2Day?
YHS is committed to helping people have the easiest and smoothest selling process possible. That means selling their house as an AS-IS cash sale. NO need to keep your house ready for weeks or months at a time, and no need to have buyer after buyer come through and judge your home. In addition, we will NEVER request any repairs be made and we have no financing or appraisal requirements once we go under contract. And lastly there are NO real estate commissions or closing costs when you work with us! Our goal is to combine all the benefits of working with a large company while also retaining a personal connection to our customers.

Who is YHS2Day?
YHS is based in Athens GA. We operate across Georgia and surrounding states. We began our company in 2021 bringing in our past experience in real estate in order to help as many people as possible navigate the home selling process. Our mission at YHS is to take the hassle and questions out of the home selling process. We want to make sure that our sellers have all their questions answered and that they feel comfortable with the process. Being experienced with many different challenges that can arise in the transfer of a home, we can help the seller navigate the many legal and logistical hurtles that frequently come up.
Is YHS2Day a Real Estate Brokerage?
We are NOT a Real Estate Brokerage but instead a private buying organization that manages our own portfolio of investment property as well as bringing much needed inventory to local investors through partnerships. We do occasionally work with realtors and brokers in the course of our business however we do not charge any real estate commissions to our sellers!
What does the closing timeline look like with YHS2Day?

How negotiable are your offers?
We typically try to provide our highest and best offer upfront however we are open to discussing an increase in our initial offer if the home is in better condition than we initially anticipate.
Do you ever lower your offer price?
It is extremely rare but there are occasions in which the house has unforeseen damages or work that needs to be done that we could not have anticipated ahead of time. This is the only time that our offer will ever change and we will be upfront and honest about what the work is and exactly how much it’s going to cost.
